I have twenty-seven years of experience in litigation. I have represented individuals and businesses of all kinds, from sole proprietorships to public companies, in a wide-variety of cases. In 2004 I followed my passion and began specializing in only representing victims of securities and consumer fraud. I only represent victims/plaintiffs. In recent years, I have expanded my practice to include representing EB-5 Investors in EB-5 fraud cases. I also counsel EB-5 Investors in connection with redeployment and other EB-5 issues, in order to help educate them about their rights as investors.

In order to better serve the needs of my international EB-5 investor clients and to concentrate my entire practice on EB-5 fraud cases and securities and consumer class actions, I co-founded George · Gesten · McDonald with my partners, Ryan Gesten and Christopher McDonald. I am currently the Group Leader of the Class Action Practice Group, and am responsible for monitoring class actions throughout Florida and the United States. I also review and analyze potential class actions that are brought to us for evaluation by clients. I am responsible for all EB-5 fraud cases, including review and analysis of potential claims, interaction with clients, immigration agents and Chinese counsel and management/prosecution of cases on behalf of victims. I also review projects in connection with redeployment issues in order to advise EB-5 investors of their rights.

As a senior shareholder in the Boca Raton office of the largest class action firm in the world, I was responsible for all aspects of the prosecution of securities fraud and consumer class actions from inception through resolution. During my tenure, my litigation team (and other litigation teams I was a member of) recovered more than a billion dollars for a wide array of clients, from individuals to multi-billion dollar pension funds. In addition to managing a team of lawyers who worked on my litigation team, I was also responsible for recruiting attorneys for the entire office and managing a staff of 20+ support personnel.
